Wordsmith Group will, at times, access and store information about you; typically information that is publicly available or has been provided to assist in the provision of the agreed-upon services.  

However, Wordsmith Group will not disclose or publish any information it receives from, or provides for, your business to any third party, unless the third party is engaged by us to help in the completion of the works and has agreed to adhere to our strict confidentiality policy.
